Kristofer Lorelli (Race 4 2012) writes:
Race42012 began investigating the political organization, American Right to Life (a.k.a. Huckabee’s Iowa firewall) in March of this year, exposing their planned campaign to smear Governor Romney ahead of the 2012 campaign.
Tommy Oliver highlighted the vicious anti-Mormon bigotry this Huckabee-aligned group has engaged in. In September of this year, Matt Lewis from Politics Daily further highlighted their campaign to discredit Governor Romney by targeting those who are friendly towards the former MA Governor.
Steve Deace and the radicals at American Right to Life have now turned their sites away from Governor Romney and on to Governor Palin.
Way back on Sept. 19, GOPToast published an editorial about the danger Huckabee has done and continues to do the GOP. Here's a few excerpts just to jog your memory:
It was obviously more important for Huckabee to satisfy his own selfish desires than it was for a Republican to secure the White House and protect our common goals and values.

With everything the Obama White House has already done and also hopes to do, one would assume that Huckabee, like most other Republicans, has put aside his own singular focus on the Oval Office to help his Republican brethren fight the good fight. Anyone who makes this assumption would be wrong though. Huckabee has not changed one bit and continues to fling mud at fellow Republicans, most specifically Romney, at every opportunity he gets.

Mike Huckabee may be one of the best weapons the Democratic Party has to fight against Republican challengers.

D.R., How do you know this? Please provide some references.
Schmidt, are you the same hack Schmidt who runs anti-Romney blogs? Why can't Huckabee supporters practice Vertical Politics?
Stop fighting people because we need to stop and get rid of the biggest threat we've ever had. WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER. I don't know if I'll vote for in 2012. It won't be a RINO, but more important is FIGHTING THESE CREEPS IN OFFICE RIGHT NOW.
The GOP needs to get their act together. BIG TIME. Where are the Reagan conservatives? Are you one? Then let's all act like one!
I have to agree that this American Right to Life group is one of the most underhanded political scams in recent political history. Just read one of their slant/press releases!
If they were REALLY against abortion, they would NOT be attacking GOP candidates at the expense of losing the war on unborn rights! Romney would have beaten Obama in 2008. Are we ready to sacrifice 5 million more unborn children over the NEXT four years (and every four years after that?) to help Huckabee vent his bigotry toward Mormons and now Nero-tic fear of Palin?
fear/jealousy - same difference
Why is American Right to Life not fighting Obama and other Democrats instead of Palin or Romney if:
A) It is really pro-life and wants to address the true anti-life threats.
B) It is not run for a single political candidate's purposes. (Huckabee)
C) If it is not run by Huckabee supporters, then by Democrats trying to divide and conquer the Republican Party?
I would also like to point out what is likely an intentional branding choice in naming American Right to Life obscuringly close in name to National Right to Life, a reputable pro-life organization that endorses both Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin.
More evidence that this "American Right to Life" group cannot be taken seriously: They have links to the infamous "Bill Keller" on their web site, labeling him as a Christian conservative talk show host. This Bill Keller character is the same guy who came up with the "a vote for Romney is a vote for Satan" line. So, indirectly, the Huckster's web site has ties to Bill Keller's web site, through a link to a link. And, of course, Bill Keller supports the Huckster.
